A few new projects checked off the list...

A friend of mine asked me to "girly" up this basket with plain green liner. I added her name and ric -rac trim and the flower snaps off and you can snap it on a clippie to wear! I love things that are versatile.

This little onesie is for baby Bella. Bella is due in October and her grandma wanted a shirt that said, "My uncle is turtley awesome!" How stinkin' cute is that. Well I knew I wanted to add a turtle applique and didn't think I would have that much room on a 3-6 month onesie. So this is how it came out. Pretty darn cute! Well atleast I think so, because I like things that are original.
I've made quite a few Wildcats bows here lately. I'm starting to worry about my LIONS fans! I want to see more orange and blue on my table!!!!!! HINT HINT...Not only does the "M" stand for Marion but the cutie that will be wearing this bow name is Molly. Super cuteness!

I've been busy planning Avery's 2nd Birthday party. Here's what the birthday girl will be wearing. We are having a "under the sea" pool party. The poor girl will probably have a pool party every year! You have to do that when you are born in the hottest month!

Fabric flower clippie and headband. My friend gave me this tutorial and I tweaked it a bit to make them much easier and quicker to make. The first one with the original tutorial took me an hour! I.don't.have.time.for.that! The newer "bethier" version takes about half that time or less. And the results are the same cuteness!

Fashion Show SUCCESS!!!!!

I had such a great time (and a bit of nervousness) at the fashion show. My friend, Angie, and I have been planning for this day for a couple of months. We were very happy to see it all come together so well.

Here is our display (by the end of the day more than half out merchandise was gone). We are going to have to replenish soon!

I hope everyone is having a safe and happy 4th of July! We have had a busy fun weekend! Hudson did have fun...don't mind the frown face.

Avery is showing off Hudson's shirt with one hand and her swimsuit is in the other. She kept telling me "POOL" all day today.

I have been eyeing this applique for some time now. I was so excited when my girlfriend Angie
made these shirts for the kiddos!!!! I always loved getting a bomb pop during the summer from the icecream truck. It brings back childhood memories for me.

Saturday we headed in town to walk in the parade for our church VBS. These 3 voyagers were so cute in their "ship suits". Our theme this year for VBS is "The High Seas". I have been helping for the past few years and always have a great time getting to know the kids and having some fun.

A few bows for Olivia & Meggie

In between getting ready for the fashion show I have had a few other orders to work on. Here are some bows I made for Olivia. I can't wait to see her in them, especially the flower clippie. It's my first one that I have sold!

Meggie is getting ready to go on a family vacation to Florida and needed some pigtail bows. Holly, her mom and my co-worker, just gave me colors to work with so I added some polka dots, ric rac, and muti tones of purple. I hope she has a blast in Florida and looks cute too!
